To help mitigate expenses related to school sports programs, we are offering our Sports Physicals exclusively to all North Penn students, Great Valley School, Malvern, Frazer and Downingtown School Districts (public and private) at a discounted rate of $25.00 ($45.00 regular price) for 2017. 18 yrs old and under. Please bring school ID and guardian.
DOT physicals are also $25 exclusively at these locations.
